Recep.ai ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at recep.ai. This page explains what information we collect when you visit our site or request a demo, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you submit a demo request form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The type of business you run (Home Services, Restaurant, Medical & Dental)

We do not collect any information from visitors who do not submit the form.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Contact you about the Recep.ai product and schedule your live demo
• Answer questions you have about our service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Form Processing

Demo request forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Your submission is transmitted securely to Formspree and then delivered to our team. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they handle form data in transit.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not currently use cookies or analytics tracking tools. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated.

Data Retention

We retain your contact information only as long as needed to follow up on your demo request. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@recep.ai.

SMS and Text Messaging

Recep.ai operates an AI voice receptionist service on behalf of local businesses. When a customer calls a business that uses Recep.ai and books a service appointment through our AI assistant, the customer may receive a single SMS confirmation message to the phone number they provide during the call.

By providing a phone number during the call and proceeding with the booking, the caller consents to receive an appointment confirmation SMS from the business. The caller is informed of this during the call before the message is sent.

Message frequency: one message per appointment booking. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@recep.ai.

Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS appointment confirmations are used solely to send that confirmation and for no other purpose.
